This week I have another 2-for-1 ingredient!! You know what that means… the Skinnygirl ® Cucumber Vodka used here can also be chilled and served as its own cocktail. This aperitif cocktail will stimulate your appetite and cleanse your palate which will prepare your taste buds for the wonderful meal to come.
Low Calorie Cucumber Martini
1 ¼ oz Skinnygirl ® Cucumber Vodka <75 cal (75 calories per 1 ½ oz)
¾ oz extra dry vermouth <32 cal (32 cal per 1 oz)
½ fresh lemon juice (6 Cal)
fresh cucumber slices
Fill shaker tin ¼ full with ice. Pour in vodka, vermouth and squeeze in juice of ½ lemon. Shake vigorously for about 5 seconds. Serve in martini glass and garnish with a cucumber slice. To add a little flair to your cocktail, use small cookie or vegetable cutters to cut out designs with the cucumber. It adds a personal and fabulous touch … Last But Not Last, ENJOY!!
